HFSI offers comprehensive CNC and conventional machining services for large forged components, supporting both rough and finish machining operations. Our machining division is designed to handle heavy sections while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements.

The facility includes vertical lathes capable of machining diameters up to Ø2300 mm, heavy-duty horizontal lathes for long components, deep hole drilling machines for bores up to Ø250 mm and 6000 mm length, planomilling machines, and floor-type horizontal boring machines with large X, Y, and Z-axis travels.

This wide machine mix allows HFSI to process complex geometries such as shafts, gear blanks, pinions, rollers, fluid ends, and manifold blocks, all under one roof. Both CNC-controlled and conventional machines are used strategically to achieve accuracy, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

Machining operations are closely coordinated with forging and heat treatment to ensure dimensional integrity and compliance with drawing requirements. This integrated capability enables HFSI to deliver ready-to-assemble components for OEMs, EPC contractors, and heavy engineering manufacturers.
