Inside the Patalganga Facility
Located at Plot No. N-2/6 & N-2/7, MIDC Additional Patalganga Industrial Area, near Rasayani, Navi Mumbai, just 35 km from our Thane forging plant, the HFSI Patalganga Plant serves as our advanced machining hub for large and critical forged components.
Commissioned in 2018, this facility enables HFSI to deliver complete finish-machined components in-house, extending our manufacturing control beyond forging into precision machining and final inspection. The plant handles machining of heavy shafts, blocks, rings, and customised forgings in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, supporting both domestic and export requirements.
What We Do Here
The Patalganga unit specialises in finish machining of large, high-accuracy components previously forged at our Thane facility. By integrating machining under our ecosystem, we ensure tighter tolerances, consistent quality, and faster project execution, eliminating dependency on third-party machine shops.
