Open-Die Forging
Large, custom-forged components shaped with controlled precision using 4000T & 1200T forging presses.
Heat Treatment
In house normalizing, quenching, and tempering with calibrated furnaces and an 80,000L polymer quench system.
Machining
High accuracy CNC and conventional machining for large shafts, blocks, and rings up to 2300 mm.
Testing & Inspection

Across both facilities, HFSI runs a robust setup featuring 4000T and 1200T forging presses, 10T and 50T manipulators, calibrated heat-treatment furnaces, an 80,000L polymer quench system, large-format machining up to Ø2300 mm, and a fully equipped NDT and mechanical testing lab, the kind of infrastructure that sets apart leading forging companies in India.
Thane Plant
HFSI’s Thane unit is a fully equipped new forging plant in India, purpose-built for large and critical open-die forgings. With multiple production bays, heavy-duty presses, manipulators, rotary tables, calibrated furnaces, and an integrated testing lab, the facility ensures complete control over forging and heat-treatment operations.
Patalganga Plant
Our dedicated machining division at Patalganga is a high-capability forging plant in Patalganga designed for precision finishing of oversized shafts, blocks, and rings. The unit features large VTLs, horizontal lathes, deep-hole drilling, planomilling, and floor boring machines to deliver components with tight dimensional accuracy.
